<upd_detl>Jim, I was curious to know why sense 1 was tagged as col so I went into the old edit logs and found that the tag was originally on sense 2. Any idea why it switched sense?
I actually think we should drop the "median" sense. When it was added, Rene quoted a Wikipedia article which gave 中間値 as a synonym of 中央値 but it has since been removed.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>It was a feature (i.e. bug) in the old system that gathered suc tags into the first sense. I used to hand-edit them, but this one slipped through.</upd_detl>
