<upd_detl>Definition 3 is the sense of カード in 好カード ("drawcard"). I ran into it being used like "注目のカード" when referring to a relatively stacked group in a tournament, and based on Daijirin it seems like you can use it alone.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>GG5 splits sense 1 into general sorts of cards, e.g. in a filing system, and greetings cards. It also has a sense for confectioner's card.
I have proposed extra senses for them - the 41 example sentences are about evenly split between the first 3 senses. I'll reindex once we've settled on the senses.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I don't think "confectioner's card" is used in English (failed to find results, although found a few for "dough scraper card"). The correct term seems to be "dough scraper", and the 
more common Japanese words seem to be ドレッジ, スケッパー, スクレーパー, so this might be short for ドレッジカード.

It's not clear to me that the item that this refers to is also called a 'spatula' in English though.</upd_detl>
