<upd_detl>clearly the sources above think it is important enough for an entry, even though it is derived.  "equally" also merits an entry in my english dictionary apart from "equal", so this is also worth having from an e-j standpoint.

<upd_detl>Hmmm. I guess する/して/etc. is pretty normal for adverbs. I use the "vs" tag to trigger the checking of する/して/etc forms in the text-glossing function in wwwjdic. I've just made it do that for "adv" as well. Harmless and it should work.</upd_detl>
