<upd_detl>this is in nikk (as ちょろく) with that meaning, but that looks arch. 
since I haven't seen the usage Nicolas described, it's hard to say whether that type of usage really belongs in the dictionary. All the 
hits on the first page for "鹿猪が" on google for me are "鹿・猪が" "鹿、猪が" etc.</upd_detl>
