<upd_detl>It's a little tricky. In English, as in Hebrew, "kosher" is the adjective and "kasher" is the verb (to render kosher). In Japanese they're all tipped together to mean "kosher food" or "kosher food discipline". I don't think we should use "kasher" as a gloss, and I think we should keep the カシェル/etc. and コーシャー/etc. entries separate because they're from different source words, despite meaning the same in Japanese.</upd_detl>
