When GG5 has "~する", it doesn't necessary mean that the word is used in the form [noun]する.
"I sing in a chorus"/"I do choral singing" is definitely not expressed as "私はコーラスします"</upd_detl>

including on google news and google books. If 
gg5's "~する" ”doesn't necessary mean that the 
word is used in the form [noun]する”, what 
exactly do you propose it means?</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>It gets quite a few hits but so does "ゴルフする". I don't think it's a standard expression.
Googits for コーラスをする are nearly 10x that of コーラスする.
Not too bothered in this instance but the kokugo dictionaries are usually the best guide for [vs] usage.</upd_detl>
