For example Daijirin says, "体言およびそれに準ずる語に付く。「…やもしれない」の形で,軽い疑いの意を表す。 「近いうちに大地震がある-も知れない」" Also, on ejje.weblio.jp there is a sentence, "中学課程の範囲内において如何にして英語を完全に教授すべきや How best to teach English within the limits of the middle-school curriculum" which uses "subeki ya" instead of "subeki ka".</upd_detl>

I realized by the way that we only have cop-da on very 
few entries (だ,そうだ and ニダ, and I'm the one adding it 
one ニダ). Is cop-da ok here? Are there conjugation 
tables somewhere for this which complicates things?</upd_detl>

I don't think we cover this, and it seems to match the Tanaka sentence tagged for sense 4: "これじゃあ、僕は一生結婚なんて出来やしないや。   I guess I'm never going to get married."
