<upd_detl>違いない is already an entry and I've suggested adding a note saying it's often "にちがいない". I feel an antipathy for 
entries that start with a particle that really are part of the preceding subject and even if it's not a policy, it's 
something we do already avoid in most cases. If we ever need to include entries like these, I think the criteria for 
inclusion shouldn't be how common the expression is, but rather whether the pared down entry (e.g. 違いない in this 
case) provides all the user might need to understand the expression or not. In this case, に違いない and 違いない are 
essentially the same entry so this doesn't seem necessary at all, to me.</upd_detl>
