<upd_detl>i think the gg5 form is best.  koj seems to specify that there are indeed two of them, which makes sense given that it is supposed to be the forerunner of the other manzai:
太夫と才蔵とが連れ立ち、才蔵のいう駄洒落を太夫がたしなめるという形式で滑稽な掛合いを演ずる。...「漫才」はこれの現代化。

also, i find [ichi1] a bit hard to believe.  almost certainly due to confusion with ばんざい.  some other usage tag perhaps, but not the coveted ichi1.</upd_detl>
