<upd_detl>I don't think this should be an exp, we 
usually reserve that for expressions that 
contain particles (e.g. の). Very few 
other -知らず entries are tagged as exp,

We don't use exp for noun+noun compounds. This was briefly discussed on the mailing list in 2014, in "Can a yojijukugo be a proverb?"</upd_refs>
