<upd_detl>This is a bit of a mess, as it's got the two meanings of 質 mixed up. GG5 says たちの良い is "good-natured" and 質(しつ)のよい is "good-quality", in line with the たち/しつ split for 質. All the 質の/質が entres need checking.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>Indeed. We don't even have a 質(しつ)のよい entry (which is odd given that it's far more common than たちのよい).
Also, should the いい and よい forms be separate entries? There was a discussion about this not too long and I can't remember what we settled on. I note that the いい reading was removed from the 質が良い entry in 2015.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I've been holding off approving this until I can look at possible edits on the other 質が/質の entries. To make sure we're on the same page, I'll just summarise GG5's entries for 質/たち/しつ:
質/たち: (1) nature; disposition; temperament ... (2) nature; character; a property ... All examples use kana (たち)
質/しつ: (1) 〔品質・素質〕 quality (2) 〔資質〕 a nature; a disposition; a temperament All examples use kanji.
We immediately have a problem because the senses overlap to a degree. Anyway, looking at the others:
質の悪い;たちの悪い;タチの悪い nasty; poor (quality); mean; vicious <- needs to have the "poor (quality)" removed. GG5 & Eijiro confirm this.
質の悪い/しつのわるい - no such entry. Eijiro, etc, examples. I've proposed an entry.
質の高い しつのたかい high quality <-- seems fine.
たちの高い (1720). Can't see it being used. I suspect we're seeing counts from XXたちの高いZZ.
質が悪い たちがわるい nasty; vicious; wicked; ill-natured; poor quality <- needs the "poor quality" moved into a しつがわるい entry. I've proposed that.
質が悪い しつがわるい no entry. Robin suggested one last year. I've proposed it now.
質が良い/質がいい たちが... good (quality) <- the meanings need flipping to "good-natured; of good character" and equivalent しつが... entries created. I'll do that.
I'll leave this open a bit long if anyone wants to comment.</upd_detl>
