<upd_detl>The huge n-gram count is almost certainly from the common "これ + また" usage, as in これまた政府の隠ぺい策のようです. I don't think we can have the idiomatic use here without including the more common collocation or the text-glossing usage of entries will be rather compromised.</upd_detl>
