<upd_detl>Jim will have to clarify, but i think that unlike the news frequency lists (which were determined only by the frequency of headwords and for which the frequencies of the readings are unknown), the ichi1 list specifies headword/reading combos and therefore the ichi tag shouldn't be moved here from 河岸[かわぎし] since it would refer specifically to that combo</upd_detl>
