<upd_detl>It IS a Wikipedia entry, which seems to be mostly about the term or concept being used in non-Japanese contexts.
I don't want to go down the path of saying we should attempt to include every Wikipedia entry, but it is an indication of some level of currency, and means it will turn up elsewhere such as on the Weblio site.
For now, I think it may as well be accepted.</upd_detl>
