<upd_detl>I'm inclined to wave it through. The second form is an example in the 果汁 entry in GG5, but the first leads in Googits.
Yes, I can understand it, but I probably wouldn't come up with it if asked how to say "100% fruit juice" in Japanese, probably because I tend to regard 果汁 and ジュース as synonyms. A lot of Japanese stock phrases  seem rather tautological and this is a typical one.</upd_detl>
