<upd_detl>I don't think this should be marked as [abbr] when 電卓 is the only name recognised by JIS. The long name is obsolete. None of the kokugos even have a entry for 電子(式)卓上計算機.
If we have to mention it, I'd prefer a "abbr. of 電子式卓上計算機" note.</upd_detl>
