<upd_detl>I don't think "not even (with negative verb)" adds much. It's a perfectly good translation when it's in a negated sentence if we
also attach a も, yes, but I feel like such usage notes should be [notes] and then apply to every sense, and that the "even" is
implied in the も, not in this word by itself.</upd_detl>
