<upd_detl>There was quite a long and heated discussion about this in 2007/2008. I think the consensus was that a full merge, which most 国語s *don't* do, was messy and confusing. 乃/の was brought into it too (we split them apart evetually.)</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I've done a lot of tidying of this messy situation. I can't find anything like 169 cases of ぐらい. I'll have to leave it until the next download is generated, in about a week, to investigate further.</upd_detl>
