<upd_detl>I know that the "K" stands for "kitchen", but to me the "reading" of １Ｋ is ワンケー. When I was renting an a apartment in Tokyo it was a 2LDK, and was always spoken of as a ツーエルディーケー. And ワンケー can't really be called wasei.</upd_detl>

It's irregular I guess since １ is read ワン so it might be 
worth having, but otherwise just a "K" entry might be
