<upd_detl>AFAICT sense 2 only applies to せわしい. GG5 simply xrefs せわしい to いそがしい. We can probably handle this by restricting sense 2, but I'm happy to split too. I'll approve this now, then reopen it for further discussion.</upd_detl>
