<upd_detl>I've done my best to make this entry reflect the references, but I'm not positive on a few things:
Should sense 1 be [sens]? It was marked [sens] originally, but the old sense 2 wasn't, which seems reversed.
Should these be [col] or [sl]? Maybe [col] for sense 1 and [sl] for the others?</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>None of the sources Paul provided in 2014 show メンヘル and
メンヘラ having any overlap in meaning.
the illness, メンヘラ is always the person.
Suggesting split.</upd_detl>
</upd_refs>
