this is too obscure to record. If it were actually
appearing in the news or in any Japanese texts, chasing
down the reading might be worth doing, but I don't think

(though there's plenty about the earthquake, of course).
Can't find any info on reading. Guessed "めいるん" and
did get one, two hits for that

Can't find any real evidence in English/Chinese what
this place is called either. I get a limited amount of
