I'm not sure whether this is just regular noun usage or if we need a separate [adv] 放射状に entry.</upd_detl>

<upd_detl>I think it's fairly regular usage for something like this which has an underlying nounish meaning of "a state of radiating" (Daijirin's ....さま". An "adv" tag should suffice.</upd_detl>
