I was going to let this one go past, since others have commented
already, but I see a couple of extra comments are needed:

Er, no. If you are talking about the dictionary data (JMdict/EDICT) it's
defined by me. I'm happy to hand it over to a working group of qualified
and motivated people who can work together, but for the moment I make the
decisions, after consultation of course.

It's similar with WWWJDIC. I consult, of course, am open to suggestions,
etc., but what goes in is my decision.

That is seriously wrong. WWWJDIC has had romaji input since it went live in
1997. As I have mentioned several times, its code is based on the "xjdic"
program (for Unix), which in turn was based on the original DOS "JDIC". They
all had romaji input.
