What's important for one person could be irrelevant for another.

OK, I like that.

Hard to summarise without writing an essay. I have put:
"Maximum detail lines per kanji database display:" and after
it in a smaller font added:
"(When you look up the kanji database and there are several kanji
which meet the search criteria, this parameter is used to choose
whether details are displayed, or whether a simple list of kanji
is displayed for you to choose from.)

Again, not the place to describe that. I've added:
"(If you don't know what these are, don't touch it.)"

I've removed that. Actually it's for all browsers under Windows.
(Microsoft uses a different definition of point size from
everyone else, so text typically displays marginally bigger
under Windows than under other systems.)
