[edict-jmdict] N-grams unavailable

Last Friday, a 43°C day here in Melbourne, there was a
power failure at Melbourne University which took out a
number of servers in the NLP group, including the WWW
server providing the Japanese and English N-gram counts.
Fingers crossed that they can be restored before the
University goes into the Xmas/New Year shutdown.
