I mean the part of 𠀐 (if you can see that). After I read your message
above, I did an analysis to see how this is decomposed in kradfile.
The most common case is ｜ 一 口. I don't see anywhere that 亠 is used.
Here is the raw output:

So this is another inconsistent decomposition.
