Hyphenated names

Marcus has added サピア＝ウォーフの仮説  and サピア・ウォーフの仮説
to the existing サピアウォーフの仮説 entry, which reminded me
of the quaint Japanese custom of sometimes using "＝" instead of "・" or "−" for
hyphenated non-Japanese names. It's hard to test just how common it
is, as Google conflates all the forms.

My references all use the なかぐろ, e.g. スティーブンス・ジョンソン.

I guess there is no harm allowing the "＝" form in as well. We don't have
many such names in JMdict itself. I found a few:
スティーブンスジョンソン症候群
ワインバーグサラム理論
ロールスロイス
レッシュ・ナイハン症候群
ラッセルアインシュタイン宣言
etc.

I wouldn't rush in adding "＝" to these, but it's good
to be clear on what we're doing.
