That's a good list. In fact with the expansion we'll have most of them albeit
with different names, e.g. "zool" rather than "animals". (I envisage "zool"
being used to tag a term used in zoology rather than tagging every animal.)
Some I think could be combined for now, e.g. physiology terms as "med",
biochemical terms as "chem", etc. I will add "econ", "bus" and "archit" to
make sure more bases are covered.

Not really within the scope of JMdict, although once we get around to
straightening out enamdict, the brand-name issue can be addressed.
