Re: [edict-jmdict] Suggestions to Improve Layout

Still need to ratchet down a bit the title bar (blue) on the query results page to achieve "Visual Center". The labelling (Home, Translate, Word Search ...) is still floating uncomfortably - and I have done my best to tell my eyes it's OK as is, but my eyes aren't buying it. Sorrry.

Also, I believe it was Jim's (B) idea a while back to have a link to perhaps Eijiro for "compounds". Darn good idea, because Eijiro - despite the inflexibility of its design - is so robust that it does much to bring up compounds.

In conclusion, the Customize Page and its many options are marvelous and have enabled me to be much more efficient. I still believe that more of a focus - lights, camera, action - needs to be drawn to this button for those of us who tend not to read instructions.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "floating". The Menu Bar is intended to
span the whole screen. I have fiddled the vertical alignment a bit, although
it's looks a bit odd in IE7 (better in FF2). Also IE7 for some reason didn't
have all the menu in Helvetica, but I've fixed that.

Fine. Look forward to seeing the comments.

Look forward to them too.
