I think so, too ; the "not able to" probably sneaked (snuck) in via the 見え part. How about something like this then (assuming this ending works only with verbs and not with adjectives):

      ざる (adj-pn,v-suf) (arch) not; un...; in...

I see nothing wrong if there was information available about each of those forms, such as -ません, -ない, -ず and so on - not necessarily via headwords: a cross-reference to a verb conjugation table would be all that is needed.

In fact, the two largest advantages of online dictionaries are that they can include right from the start both headwords and cross-references that paper dictionaries may have to omit, for reasons of triage, ;-) and that they can be expanded and modified over time, one item at time. And when it comes to deciding what should be included in a dictionary, who would be better judges than users? :-) I have just read a few days' worth of discussion contributions on how to decide what is (P) - that was about the OUTPUT, wasn't it? As to what is (P) in regards to INPUT (queries), certainly anything that people are asking for should qualify... ;-)
