I personally feel like this jumbles it a bit, the entry seems clearer with just きょうせい and ごうせい.
Judging from references もがり is likely archaic or obsolete, it being gikun also can't be marked here.

I would suggest having もがり separate, as we do with ゆすり, and let it have its appropriate tags

True, thanks. But then 小々[rK];小小[rK] doesn't work either. The difference here to the entries you mentioned is that there are two pairs of kanji forms.

This entry needs some work in general. Maybe this works?
少々お待ちください is a very common polite phrase, but none of my references state that しょうしょう is polite in general.
Though when thinking about it, I've only ever seen 少々 in polite phrases, never really ちょっと or 少し.
If it's applied, I would only put it on the time sense. Maybe a note would also help?
Perhaps someone else has an opinion on this?

Probably more of an adj-no as well

.
  Comments:
Plain suffix usage, I don't think this is worth having.
I see we have 外国製, but that one's a bit different and also in references.
Secondly we also have 中国製, which gets 10 times the this of this word, is in jitsuyou and a bit special in my eyes since "made in china" has become kind of a set phrase (it's often associated with 不良品 AFAIK).
And having 日本製 is self-explanatory.

Though I could see how this still sounds a bit arbitrary.
