Though the first gloss is maybe a bit non-standard, I believe it fits best. Refrained from using a comma for better readability

0 hits on yourei, no hits in SHC. I think this is probably archaic/obsolete or possibly even dated.
But apart from 0 yourei hits and the example dates I have little to base this off.

Note that shinsen actually splits it:
❶甘えること。
❷自分で責任をもたず、他人にたよろうとする気持ち。
  Comments:
I think the current three glosses don't portray the full picture laid out by the submitter's references.
I'm not sure it warrants a sense split. It's more so that the cited ressources go into more detail than a typical dictionary entry would.
"attention-seeking (behavior)" doesn't feel all that fitting in my eyes, moved it down.

It does sadly not apply to both games. Yose is not the same as endgame, yose can happen in the early or middle game as well in go (it's just usually that yose moves happen at the end, but it doesn't have to). It did not, I was simply addressing the short causative.
As to references, not really. Your best reference on this will be modern standard Japanese; さす is at best understood but not used - you do not really ever see 食べさす、 燃えさす or 高めさす, etc.
The short forms that are productive are the short causative-passive される and the short potential れる.
But fortunately, you do not have to take my word for it as both of the Imabi links mention that ~さす is unacceptable for most speakers - including both quotations you pulled from them.
I will just repeat one here:
"There is also the short causative 燃えさす for 燃えさせる, but this form is usually △・X for most speakers."
The △ and X denote that 燃えさす is considered either rare/uncommon or wrong by most, respectively; and I personally suspect that much of the rare/uncommon evaluations are being influenced by dialects and archaisms.
Whichever the case, △・X denotes a low level of acceptability and productivity.
And one more quote from the second link:
"The modern さす is almost nonexistent in Standard Japanese"

Do note that this is only about the standard dialect; as mentioned before, there are other dialects in which さす is the fully productive causative and させる is nowhere be be found.

  Comments:
Although apparently some sources consider "two block" and "undercut" the same or the former a variety of the latter, other sources explain (often in gory detail) that/how the two are not the same. From a translator's perspective it would therefore be more useful to have a gloss like "hairstyle similar to undercut" - this would suggest to the user that just taking the gloss "as is" may not be enough and that additional research may be required. I understand that JEDIC is not meant to be encyclopedic, but I think the current gloss is not good enough. :)

Yes, I also thought it'd be a fictional name, though I had to scroll for quite a bit to find an actual mention.
It's not exceedingly common and I don't think there's really grounds to include this on, since if we start including fictional names as well, where would the line be drawn then?
The name dictionary is already pretty messy as is

I really doubt someone would name their child つみこ with these characters

Seems to be used in fiction, etc. May as well keep it.

Can’t find any evidence that this specific spelling is used as an actual name.
