Eijiro has a "puppy love" entry, but doesn't give 初恋 either.
https://eow.alc.co.jp/search?q=puppy+love
幼い恋、幼恋
  Comments:
Confirmed a Japanese person would only use this for the absolute 1st love.

I don't see how this can be "puppy love" without 〜みたい 〜のよう etc. attached. No ambiguity in daijis. I think "puppy love" is probably unnecessary in a J->E resource, but that "puppy love" = 初恋みたい/初恋のよう would work in a E->J reference.

Perhaps a second entry 初恋みたい = "like one's first love"; "puppy love" to keep the mapping available. Japanese resource suggested there really is no direct translation for "puppy love" though, and online resources tend to give a definition rather than a gloss.

I think an examples helps, yes. The usefulness of simply mentioning "telicity" is doubtful.
I could go either way here, i.e. no mention of telicity or mention it with an example.

Well, it is potentially useful - but only if a given reader goes on to do some research on the terminology.
If we want to make it immediately useful, giving an example of each could help give a hint.
Here is a suggestion:
[3][aux-v,v1][uk]
[note="after the -te form of an atelic verb, e.g. 走って~いる; indicates continuing action"]
  to be ...-ing
[4][aux-v,v1][uk]

True, thanks. But then 小々[rK];小小[rK] doesn't work either. The difference here to the entries you mentioned is that there are two pairs of kanji forms.
Personally I'd hide 少少 and 小小, keep the noma forms visible and have 小々 as [rK].

This entry needs some work in general. Maybe this works?
少々お待ちください is a very common polite phrase, but none of my references state that しょうしょう is polite in general.
Though when thinking about it, I've only ever seen 少々 in polite phrases, never really ちょっと or 少し.
If it's applied, I would only put it on the time sense. Maybe a note would also help?
Perhaps someone else has an opinion on this?

These seem like separate senses to me, and dictionaries that include the "real situation" sense (e.g. daijisen, koujien, 日本国語大辞典) give them separate numbers. I put the favouritism sense first as several dictionaries (e.g. gg5, shinmeikai) list only that sense and so presumably it is the most common.

Sense 3 is new, and I add it on the basis of koujien and meikyou's sense いつわりのない気持ち。まごころ。

In sense 2, "real situations" seems slightly odd phrasing to me, but I have left it as-is.

Has hits in the NDL, plenty of which are spelled with the 旧字体 of 発.
https://dl.ndl.go.jp/search/searchResult?pageNum=0&pageSize=20&sortKey=SCORE&fullText=true&includeVolumeNum=true&keyword=発源地&displayMode=list&accessRestrictions=internet&accessRestrictions=ooc&accessRestrictions=inlibrary

There are five hits on yourei, all from rather old works:
https://yourei.jp/発源地

Four examples on reverso, all rather reasonable:
https://context.reverso.net/translation/japanese-english/発源地

"人類の発源地" popped up a few times

The yourei snippet "人類の発源地また文明の発祥地と帰一して" gives me the impression that the former is anchored more in the physical world, compared to the latter.
  Comments:
Again, since this was most likely not encountered in a specific context, it may or may not be accurate. Google results for this term are either chinese or include 発祥地 instead.
I've seen some modern results using this when talking about the source region of weather phenomena, but that isn't its sole usage either.
I think this can stay, this definitely has more credibility than 更衣所 at least. Though I refrained from an xref to 発祥地 since there's really no basis to equate them on.
Given the dating of most of the mentions I glanced over I applied a [dated] tag.
I believe some form of tagging is needed with these submission, which feel a bit like they're submitted just to have the number go up.

Cf. Editorial policy:
"As noted above, the Eijiro glossary should not be the sole source of references for a proposed entry, although it may be used as a supplementary reference for confirming meanings. This is because the glossary is a collection of Japanese-English pairs which have apparently been collected from translations."

I'm seeing "climbing skin" also said in English. The ENG wikipedia page is labeled "ski skin" but then leads by calling them climbing skins and captions a photo of one as "climbing skin". Youtube tutorials on how to use them refer to them as "climbing skins" in the title.
Examples of some ENG sites using "climbing skin":
