| Comments: | I am going trusting the dictionary here that it means the same in shougi and go, but confidentally I can only confirm that it definitely means that for go. Also in go it's common for terminology to be usually in katakanam, but here it seems that アジ isn't particularly common so I don't think it should be mentioned. |

| Comments: | The reason to supply a reference should be obvious: you are the only one who knows the reference that supports your suggested edit. There are numerous possible references out there, and if the first one we check does not support your edit, then we have to keep checking through references until we find one that does. It is a matter of simple courtesy, and not an onerous burden. If you're taking time to submit a change, then take the slight additional time to supply rationale or a reference. |

| Comments: | I thought it would make sense to add a separate gloss for karuta since 名人 is the highest title unlike shogi or go, but maybe it would make more sense to incorporate it into [2], I'm not too sure. Also adding karuta glosses for 名人戦、クイーン and a new entry クイーン戦 which I will reference to each other when done so this will have another edit. I don't play shogi or go so I don't have a strong opinion on their glosses, and the references I've added there are just suggestions |

| Comments: | > However, "ren'youkei" isn't completely accurate either, for a godan verb like 書く, the ren’yōkei is 書き, while this expression uses 書いて. This expression doesn't use 書いて, it uses 書い. Godan verbs that underwent onbin have two 連用形, just like they have two 未然形. That extra 連用形 is either the moraic obstruent っ (Q), the moraic nasal ん (N) or simply the original vowel (い) with its consonant elided. E.g. 読む: (マ・モ|ミ・ン|ム|ム|メ|メ) ---- Either way I agree with what Jim has said. Seems like the relevant sense is already in the いい and よい entries and thus no further amendment is needed. |

| Comments: | The more I think about it, maybe this doesn't make sense as an entry. This expression isn't even completely exclusive to verbs, for example, 水でいいですか. I think if it does stay the note should simply say "after the -te form." Even though that's still a little awkward. |

| Comments: | This is a somewhat unusual entry for a dictionary, but it's a critical expression that might be overlooked if it were treated only as a sense under 良い. >If this entry were to actually stay I would suggest using "continuative form" or maybe just "ren'youkei" in the note However, "ren'youkei" isn't completely accurate either, for a godan verb like 書く, the ren’yōkei is 書き, while this expression uses 書いて. "continuative form" might be slightly better, but it can still be misleading, since part of the conjugation is already in the entry itself. |

| Comments: | >"ジミンガー doesn't actually mean "blaming things on the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan". It's just an expression used to mock those who criticise the LDP." When people say things like "またジミンガーかよ" or "なぜ4条改正反対なのか、何故憲法改正反対なのか、ジミンガーを使わずに述べてほしい。", I think "blaming things on the LDP" is a perfectly fair translation. It's not great when it's used like this, though: "ジミンガー言う前に自身の“変態報道”& #偏向報道 を省みなさい!" I've tried revising it a little. _ >" a beginner learner or someone who isn't familiar with Japanese politics would have no idea what it means" I'm not a beginner learner and I'm familiar with Japanese politics but I was stumped when I saw this (as 悪性ジミンガ病 or sth like that). I'm sure lots of Japanese people who aren't on 2ch or discuss politics on twitter (i.e. the vast majority) would have no idea what it meant either (with or without the 病). Case in point, I just showed one of the ジミンガー tweets to a native speaker, and their interpretation was "地味な人ってこと?" I don't know that I would necessarily be opposed to including something like "but her e-mails" but one obvious difference is that this isn't actually stylized as "自民が・・・" where it's obvious what's intended and what each word is, i.e. it's as if "but her e-mails" were commonly stylized as "bthereemelz". |

| Comments: | maybe hyphen after one? -> one-point jump? Also, should 間トビ be added as counter? it is kinda productively used in go to count the distance of a jump though usually you don't count past 3, maybe 4 or 5 can be seen too but above that you wouldn't really call it a jump so I am not sure it qualifies as counter (also this one is in my experience not UK but the katakana only varriant is still common, but I wouldn't say it's the usual way to write it) |
