"decoy" means "nonliving" in modern English by default:

Hunting with decoys involves using lifelike models to attract animals into shooting range.

stool has only one meaning in webster

In traditional Japanese fishing, 囮 often refers to live bait, particularly in ayu fishing (鮎釣り, ayu-zuri), where a live ayu fish is used to attract others.
Unlike English, where "decoy" can include non-living objects (e.g., plastic duck decoys), 囮 is more commonly associated with living bait or an actual living lure in traditional contexts.

Dominated by "decoy" / "bait"
https://context.reverso.net/translation/japanese-english/おとり
  Comments:
"decoy (for hunting)", means "wooden duck" in modern English (i.e. デコイ in Japanese). Or at very least, modern decoys are assumed to be artificial. That's way off from the Japanese meaning, even if おとり might not be *strictly* 100% living.

Even the generally-modern sankoku is specific about raising a living animal for hunting: 誘い寄せるために飼っておく、同じ種類、鳥・けもの.

"stool" seems too obscure to be helpful.

For [2], reverso is dominated by "decoy" and "bait", which strike me as more useful when talking about human activities. "trap" is never used, and it strikes me as far more generic than needed here.

The word "empty" does not appear in eijiro's glosses, this seems to me like an inclusion of an unmarked [lit] gloss. This is JAPN101 material, everyone should know this anyway...

I agree with eijiro on "get" vs "become". Compare google of:

"He became hungry" site:x.com
"He got hungry" site:x.com

"I'm getting hungry" site:x.com (infinity hits)
"I'm becoming hungry" site:x.com (two hits)

English has "on an empty stomach", but there's no special relation between that idiom this [exp].

In case you object, I won't rush ahead and change all the entries myself, but I'd recommend changing:
腹が減る to become hungry -> to get hungry
お腹が減る to become hungry -> to get hungry
腹が空く to become hungry; to get an empty stomach -> to get hungry
小腹が空く to become a little hungry; to become a bit peckish -> to get a little hungry; to get a bit peckish

Humans are possible, but usage is more frequently non-human. My "e.g." on "through" is an attempt to make it clear that humans are valid here.

"using as an intermediary" as the first gloss made this look like a human intermediary was needed, especially when readers are likely to know 紹介, and 介する mostly does need humans. "through" did not disambiguate, as it seemed subordinate to the first gloss.

If you're discussing clinical or academic psychology, 心的外傷 is the preferred term.
If you're talking about general emotional distress or trauma in everyday speech, 精神的外傷 might feel more natural.
That said, they are largely interchangeable in casual use.

daijs has 精神的外傷, but not 心的外傷 to xref internally. twitter results show 心的外傷 is far more common (but both are used). If you google "精神的外傷" and "心的外傷" results appear.

These xrefs are both of the sort: "perhaps you should prefer the xref, or at least look into it before you pick this term"

Not "rare", but far less common than the xrefs.

I'm sure パネェ + verb can work like 半端なく+verb , which might be why we have a [adv] tag here, but twitter didn't give any immediate examples. This seems like a rare case. "to a great extent" doesn't seem necessary on a [sl] entry. The xref will still provide it.

Just encountered 小腹 for the first time. I thought the imbalance between 腹 and 小腹 would be larger.

Just adding for completeness, as we have the other combinations of 腹 お腹 小腹 and 空く・減る.

While editing, I looked at the other "hungry" expressions. I think "become" should be replaced with "get" across the board. As such, this gloss does not currently match 小腹が空く, but this should be reconciled. Comments at お腹が空く.

  Comments:
Really "comeback" alone may be sufficient. I don't really have any context for the other glosses beyond the fnn.jp article.

I haven't found any evidence that 劇 here is referencing a literal genre of film/theatre, unlike many other *劇 entries, although that may be the origin.

Lots of sports hits in the news, often as 大逆転劇. For this, 逆転劇 "comeback" and 大逆転劇 ("huge comeback") do the job. Subtle nuance difference with the more-common 逆転勝利 I suppose.

Did you specify both databases in your search? There doesn't seem to be anything wrong here. See images below↓

there is also another entry for 威風堂々, and I've noticed that the "Search" feature here on this site only brings up that one when looking for this word, I've accessed this entry through jisho.org that brings this entry up and has a link to edit it.
Thus something weird is happening, maybe this entry is being hidden by that one on this site? Either way jisho and other sites are picking it up, so it should probably be merged or removed.
