You're probably right that it's a tall wagon. Wiki says that it's a wasei:

and cars like the nissan cube are usually considered to be cars and not wagons or minivans outside of Japan.

pretty sure that's a "tall wagon", and it's not limited to japan.  not sure if it's 
wasei or not, but there doesn't seem to be any reference suggesting that it is. if 
it is, it's been picked up by the english community pretty quickly

Just browsing from an unrelated 野良 encounter.  "unauthorized app", especially as the first gloss, seemed off to me (as someone who has done plenty of sideloading and used alternate app stores on Android).  "unauthorized" is ambiguous... Unauthorized by whom?  These apps generally are authorized *by their users*.

I think "unverified app" captures the language the Apple or Android would throw in your face when you sideload something: 

"This application cannot be verified by...  you may be at risk ... blah blah blah".  "The certificate on this app cannot be verified...".
