Encountered as katakana.  We have an entry イヤイヤ期.  Seems like イヤイヤ should be here.

I've edited the note on [2].  sankoku gives ~をする as an example, "prescriptively correct", but this seems more common without を, which made the note a bit misleading.

I agree with old comments that [1] and [2] go well as one entry, and certainly make understanding イヤイヤ期 simpler.
