Not [uk] because of 付, but 鑞 is obviously [uk]. 

ハンダ付け is soldering.  There is an overlap in concepts.  Brazing is a high-temp affair with a torch for joining metal pipes (and similar activities).  Soldering is low-temp, low-melting-point, as would be done on a circuit board.

Wikipedia xref is Brazing, and there is a dedicated page for soldering under ハンダ付け as well.
