Although we usually order the readings by frequency-of-use, this one is a little different in that all the entries for single-kanji numerals leaf with their 音読み. I think we should be consistent across the group.
6. A* 2024-11-18 08:42:10  Charles Kelly <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
I suspect that you may want to change the order of the readings, putting よん first.
This is the pronunciation used in the example sentence. (その湖は直径四マイルである)

It is also the default pronunciation by VOICEVOX. (Jpn TTS Application). Part of this open-source app was created using some of the research done by a team at Nagoya Daigaku, so perhaps the team made this choice for a reason. (https://voicevox.hiroshiba.jp/)

https://youtu.be/eruT_x28sQE?t=3307

https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/clutch_bag
A small handbag without a shoulder strap, designed to be held in the hand.
Synonym: clutch
  Comments:
Also simply "clutch". I did not know this word in English, but it seems legitimate.

Google image search is spot on:
men's clutch bag
vs.
セカンドバッグ

(without "men's", "clutch bag" in English leans toward women's high fashion, which isn't the default in Japanese)

I think "big organization" is sense 2.
I'm only seeing "非常な財産家" in daijs. Koj and nikk have "大きな財産". Daijr and meikyo don't have this sense at all.
[sk] is not used for standard readings. I think it needs to be split out as 大世帯 is not [rK] for this reading.

During that conversation came up another similar expression, 対策に追われる (ref. img. above) so maybe instead of adding this expression it would be easier to just make an entry for 追われる? I defer judgement

Just a short followup thought. Perhaps this is not "adverbial" at all, rather 言外に means something more like "inside what wasn't spoken", with に indicating location...

hint
intransitive verb
If you hint at something, you suggest it in an indirect way.
  Comments:
This is not proposed for this term specifically, but for something lacking in the main 言外 entry.

Encountered as 言外に...宣言した。(It seems any verb for transmitting information could be slotted in here. I've found 言う, 伝える, 示唆する, 主張する, 難詰される, in addition to the fixed collocation 言外に含まれる)

The main entry for 言外 is [adj-no,n]. This doesn't usually suggest an adverbial に usage in jmdict (I expect [adj-na] for that, usually), but ngrams suggests 言外に〜 is a dominant usage. Might be simpler to offer an [exp] entry than try and fix the root entry. ほのめかす is not the *most* common collocation, but it's a simple gloss, and is contained in a number of JJ and J-E references as an example.

(sankoku contains both ~にほのめかす and ~に拒否する. collins has a dedicated entry for this, eijiro lists it as well).
