  Comments:
Sankoku, daijs give both readings. たい is a common alt reading for 諦 in many of our entries. IME works for both.

Dictionary definition is explicitly the "most important" point.

I like "key" here, as do kenkyuusha and reverso. I think kenkyuusha's use of "the" is notable here. Not sure the gloss works if we omit it.

We could add a literal gloss but I think adding an [id] tag is sufficient.

つまり「一分の隙もない」は「ほんの少しの隙間もない」と言い換えることができ、転じて「隙のない」「抜け目の無い」という意味になります。
  Comments:
I think there's a literal meaning too:
空は厚い雲に一分の隙もなく覆われている
一分の隙も無いほどぴったり寄り添って来ている
without the slightest gap/space

and a third meaning about dressing smartly:
その隣には、スリーピースを一分の隙もなく着こなした葉山が控えている。
戦場にあってもその身なりには、一分の隙もない。

Very common usage. More than 500k Google hits. Your [A] link confirms with some examples. But still only "a + b". However, it is good to see more "a + b" entries because they help the non-expert get a feel for usage; especially when the entry represents a complete expression usually used at the beginning of a statement, much the same as in English. You also have similar entries on site [one of which encouraged me to keep the "に" in the submission], for example:-

一時間以内 【いちじかんいない】 (n) within one hour
一年以内に 【いちねんいないに】 (adv) within a year

I agree with Robin that [form] should be used for literary or very formal-sounding words.
10. A* 2024-10-04 01:37:05  Marcus Richert <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
It seems to me sankoku's approach would be more helpful to beginners/less advanced learners, while Meikyo's approach would be better for advanced speakers. I think (but of course don't know) our user base heavily skews towards beginner so I feel that approach would make much more sense for us.
9. A* 2024-10-04 01:07:14  Robin Scott <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
It's hard to know where to draw the line with [form]. If we define it as "written language", it belongs on a huge number of entries. It seems that the 文 tag is used this way in sankoku. Meikyo, on the other hand, only uses it for literary or very formal-sounding words.
I prefer meikyo's approach. I think [form] would be less informative/useful if we expanded its scope to include all terms that are mainly used in written language.
8. A* 2024-10-04 00:41:20  Marcus Richert <...address hidden...>
  Comments:
Quoting my previous edit:
"Isn't it a good idea to have a tag to demonstrate a word is not really used in spoken language? I thought that was one of the functions of [form]."
