| Comments: | Hi, I came across an instance recently where, in the context of someone in hospital, 外泊 actually meant to spend a night at home, not away from home. I was advised that 外泊 meant spending a night away from the expected place, which was usually home, but not always. I don't know whether it's worth changing the definition to reflect this, or whether that was an odd and unusual case. |
