I still think we should split though because -様 for 
-さん is definitely archaic and only relatively modern in 
ksb, at best. It's a strenuous connection for a merge 
esp. as it's in nikk alone - we don't merge entries

I think the title in the jannyumon article is a typo or at least written in an informal style.
They also have articles for 緑一色（リューイーソー）and 字一色（ツーイーソー）which use the expected イーソー reading for 一色.

Some people might read 混一色 as "ホンイツ" as a sort of informal, idiomatic (gikun) reading but I think it's a bit unusual and not worth recording here.
