I think it's important to remember that in
Japanese, all words commonly written with 4
characters are literally yoji jukugo. This is
incidentally why I proposed back when that we
use [iyoji] for "idiomatic yojijukugo" instead
of [yoji]. I don't think that saying that
words like 三角関係 are [yoji] conveys any real
information to our end users. It's not
proverb-like or even consisting of two or more
parts that tell a story (like 弱肉強食 or even
一国一城). It's a compound noun, where 三角
modifies 関係, that merely happens to be
written with 4 characters. It's not strictly
speaking wrong to call this or even 焼肉定食
yoji jukugo, but if we're merely using it to
point out the number of characters in the
kanji field, then what's the point?
(I raised this point on the mailing list in
2018, suggesting we get rid of the tag)

The indirect language here isn't doing any favors for the intelligibility of this sense, which I think is already difficult to understand at a glance.

Is there any way to update the sentence meanings? E.g. to "He is a genuine Londoner." or "He's a Londoner, born and raised."

Changed "... causing another.." to "... after

that there's 2 glosses for each nuance as
described by daijs. Could be 2 senses.

Would be a stretch to call it an id I suppose.
