「といたびらめ」の略

Kodansha:
戸板 [といた] ...(2)戸板のような超大形のヒラメ・カレイのこと。

English Wp article corresponding to ヒラメ ~
"The Olive flounder or Bastard halibut (Paralichthys
olivaceus) is a species of large-tooth flounder native to
the north-western Pacific Ocean. It is often referred to as
the Japanese flatfish or Korea(n) flatfish (광어) when
mentioned in the context of those countries."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olive_flounder
  Comments:
I think it's a bit hard to understand what the present
definition is trying to say. What is a "door to carry
things"?! :-)

In modern usage, I expect it would only very rarely have the
sense noted in dictionaries, such as Kodansha's definition ~
人・物をのせて運ぶために外した, 板張りの雨戸

Examples where it's not used for carrying things ~
1) GI: photo of kids climbing a cupboard door removed from
its frame and inclined against the sash of an open window,
for kids to play on
窓枠を外し、押入れの戸をかけて 戸板のぼり!
2) doors for sale: 秋田杉 戸板 (4枚口). サイズ 2250 × 850 × 12

"door wheel" is not in Webster. When I read this EDICT definition, I could only think it
might mean the wheel on the hatch of a submarine.

Three definitions of "door roller" ~

1) http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/door roller
a wheel or roller supporting a sliding door usu. running on a door track

2) http://www.dictionaryofconstruction.com/definition/door-roller.html
The operational hardware used primarily on heavy doors, such as refrigeration doors, to
allow them to roll.

3) Google ("define:" function)
(Door Rollers) Two sets of tandem steel wheels with ball bearings for smooth operation.
Usually found on sliding patio doors.

* See also "How to Repair Sliding Glass Door Rollers"
http://home.howstuffworks.com/home-improvement/repair/how-to-repair-sliding-glass-door-
rollers.htm

* The following two pages say it can mean "sash roller" as well, but I can't confirm that.
戸 generally means "door", whereas a sash roller is used in a sliding *window*. But it may
be true, nevertheless.

I wondered about the part-of-speech tag here. Would we consider it an adverb if it's mostly used with the に particle? Maybe [exp] would be better?

(On the other hand, daijisen does have a [副] tag for 涙乍ら)
