These are always a problem, The main ones I like to include are things like 血管内, where the English is a single word (intravascular). I don't think this one makes it.

GG5 splits this from “hard” sense (of こちこち), and seems worth having separate.

It's a bit marginal, and ...て+verb compound verbs are a problem. I guess it can go in.
