I see there are no example sentences using 切り. There are 5 with きり linked here, and they are for senses 7 and 8. I see GG5 has all its examples with just きり. A possible [uk]?

Merging with っきり would break the 2/3 rule. But we could still have a separate きり/ぎり entry for those senses.

In English it would be "synchronization-capable" or something like that. Doesn't sound like a good entry to me either.

i'm not convinced this should be an entry.  "synchronization" is 同期.  adding ~可能 at the end just means "able to be ..." and it can be added to the end of lots of things.

i'm not sure how much credence i give to this dictionary... they call it [n,vs]...  i would have assumed it was [adv,vs].  also, their first example sentence appears to refer to a video game character and there appears to be a note about not molesting women at the end of it.  (which i suppose is a good thing, but rather odd for a dictionary).  if legit, the suggested first sense makes sense
