OK, maybe you're right. "hungry" does look weird to me, still, but...

I think it's best to think of おなかがぺこぺこ/腹がぺこぺこ as set phrases. ぺこぺこ always refers to hunger. I don't think "empty" would be a helpful translation here.

I did mean "hungry", because the subject is usually (always?) お腹 - お腹がペコペコ. You don't say your stomach is hungry. 
"empty (of stomach)"?

Is this really [derog]?

The glosses give the strong impression that this term is limited to small groups of people, but that doesn't seem to be the case. My current show is using it regularly for towns, and even entire countries of people.

The number one reverso gloss is "people". This is cambridge's gloss (along with folks). 

I agree with "guys", but I think "these guys" "those guys", and other formulations could work.  And I think the "those" is likely to appear explicitly when appropriate, such as:

I only looked at sense [3] the last time I edited this entry, but it looks like the other two sense notes are wrong as well.

* Meikyo has 価 on the "price; cost" sense.
* Obunsha has a long 〘使い分け〙 section in which it explains that 価 is associated with monetary sums and 値 is used for abstract merit and worth.
* Sankoku splits 値 and 価 into separate entries and describes 価 as "price; cost."
* GG5 also uses 価 in its example for the "price; cost" sense.

I'm adding [form] tags as well.

* Iwakoku says the "price; cost" sense is 既に古風.
* Shinmeikai describes both of these senses as やや改まった表現.

Yes, the tag was put on the wrong kanji, probably during a merger.

only koj has 鮗 and it's in a note.  there's absolutely no way that those news frequency tags belong to 鮗[ひいらぎ].  i suggest putting them on 鮗[このしろ] instead.  but even there i feel like they are probably false positives.

I sometimes wonder about Meikyo's inclusion of ぢ in all those じ cases.

i think importing the oK from 墨蹟 is unwarranted (it's in meikyo and is offered by my IME).  also probably not obscure.  (it's in meikyo, gg5, etc. and appears to get 160k hits)

i'm not sure about that.  koj puts the 内もも in sense 1, which makes more sense to me

I think the 内もも in sense 2 of both those refs is being used as a metaphor for the sexual activity, and shouldn't be the basis of a translation.
