Comments: | to me, an "academic calendar" is something different (usu. a giant book containing course listings, school regulations, etc.). although it usually contains a proper "calendar" in it somewhere, that part usually only takes up about 10 pages of a few hundred. (e.g. http://www.westerncalendar.uwo.ca/2011/index.html) so i'd say "academic calendar" is misleading. but perhaps this is just NA usage or nikkoku's definition is incomplete? |
