That doesn't happen to me here.  I think those kinds of errors are largely random, and usually have nothing to do with the word itself.  Make sure you can confirm it independently a couple of times before you submit.  (I find that when those errors occur, it usually has to do with me fiddling with the back and forward buttons after searching for different entries.)

Nothing's wrong with the entry, but the link to "examine" the Kanji associated with it goes to a different word.  It goes to some word with the meaning of "stomach-section-big-move-vein-lump" (whatever that is)

According to this definition, AはBを浴びる ought to mean "A bathes B", but I suspect it might actually mean "A bathes in B", in fact more like "B bathes A". Better to use "normal" writing conventions so that text-analysis systems can extract information without doing special stuff. Your "to draw (e.g. criticism, attention, praise)" is fine.

i agree.  i think x-refs should be very unless their purpose is totally obvious (e.g. if a term is obscure and a link is given to a more common term, or a link to an antonym or a "c.f." term).  adding x-refs where the point is not obvious just makes a mess and leads to people thinking "why is there a link here?"

I don't really see the point of the xref. A lot of XX入れ/入り terms mean entering in some way. I wouldn't just aim at 立ち入り.
